Our Signature Silk Scarves
We were so excited to launch our new range of scarves - not least because we were able to play around on the set of a simulated fashion shoot, bringing back the memories of Susi's past as a fashion director and stylist!
We have been offering scarves as gifts for some time, but we have been refining the materials and honing the prints we wanted to offer - and we are really happy with this most recent collection. We now have scarves in our signature marbled prints, our abstract designs, geometric motifs and our collages - so there is something to appeal to everyone.
These are online now, just in time for Valentines' day - and whether you're buying for someone special or treating yourself - they make a fantastic luxurious gift. Scarves are one-size-fits-all and can be worn no matter the season. In the winter, we would suggest tying one of our longer styles in a loose pussy-bow over a warm jumper to elevate your zoom-friendly workwear, as we have done above with the Sapphire Marbled scarf and an elegant Victorian inspired blouse.
When it comes to the summer, the dimensions are generous enough for it to be used draped over your shoulders as a cover-up or shawl. I can imagine we will all be making the most of our gardens when the weather finally warms up, so they are brilliant for keeping the early evening chill at bay without sacrificing on style.
We have chosen a selection of prints that we felt would translate well into accessories, bearing in mind the season's trends and colour preferences. They are chosen to be versatile across the year but also use colours that are never far from the trend round-ups in glossy magazines, so you can invest knowing that the designs are timeless.
They are printed in England, in small quantities, to ensure minimal waste and keep carbon emissions under control. We have been proud to work with local manufacturers from the outset, and although we were tempted to try out silk factories in Italy (not least for the business travel requirements!), we were so pleased with the quality, colour and attention-to-detail of UK-based maker that we felt this was the most sustainable option.
We shot our product images with the help of local brand & content specialist, Hannah Layford, whose experience working with lifestyle brands lent the photographs a very elegant and eye-catching look. We styled the scarves with pieces from Trendlistr Vintage, a local dealer who specialises in the best of French and Italian designers from the 60s onwards.
We were inspired by Guy Bourdin and colourful continental street-style to create these images. They show how the scarves can be styled with equally bold and bright separates without losing any visual impact themselves!

If you're more into our signature marbling motifs, we have options in a range of colourways - from rich royal blues to carnelian orangey-reds.
