All of our cushions are handmade in the UK, but we do try to keep some items in stock.These will be sent within 3 days of placing the order.
Items out of stock will be made to order and can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to be made and dispatched. Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. If you require an item urgently for a special date or event please contact us as more often than not, we can change the postal arrangement at a further cost.
Delivery is free to all UK addresses. Goods are sent out using couriers and may require a signature upon arrival.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties upon arrival in destination country, this now includes EU countries also.

Changes to services due to COVID-19
The wellbeing of our customers is a top priority and all necessary precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of both customers and couriers during this time, including contact-free deliveries. Due to social-distancing measures we’ve put in place, our delivery times may take a little longer than usual. We are unable to ship to some countries with import restrictions at present. Your cushion will be packaged safely and securely in tissue paper, a polythene bag and sent in a postal bag or box. All orders are sent out in plain packaging and will not display the name Susi Bellamy on the outside.
