New Collection Launch at Decorex 2017

We attended Decorex 2017 to launch our newly expanded Susi Bellamy Home Collection and were thrilled with the positive response. Our wallpapers and fabrics seemed to particularly inspire people who commented on their intriguing designs and vibrancy.

We designed our stand to embody the luxury and opulence of our designs whilst making it inviting to come into our world and interact with our velvets and mica non-woven wallpapers to truly experience their quality and depth.

We liked how our square stand space allowed us to set a scene for the collection, creating a space where event attendees could come into our world and leaf through our new fabric and wallpaper books at their own leisure.

Raskl Design Studio in the Ouseburn creative quarter of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne designed the cushion stands made from dark grey Valchromat with gold insets to hold the cushions in place and display each one. See more of their work on their website here.

A local on-site team produced and laid our custom vinyl flooring, blending it seamlessly with the wallpaper for a continuous marbled effect. In fact, this piece received such positive feedback throughout the event, we are wondering whether a move into designer flooring is on the cards...

Forwood Designs kindly furnished us with the stunning faux-shagreen leather and gold metal console and lampstands which were the perfect luxe accompaniment to our lampshades. You can see more of their designs on their website here.

Overall, Decorex International was a true success for Susi Bellamy Home Collection and marks the beginning of the journey into becoming a holistic homeware brand. We look forward to sharing our new ranges and designs with you and want to thank you for your continued support. We will be posting a trend report featuring the most notable themes and stands shortly, so keep an eye out on this blog for your fill of luxury interior inspiration.
